That's true. I'm not aware of any that can use a stock heat shield. You can ceramic coat it in black but you won't fool police that way (if that is the intention).

I wouldn't waste my time with a tubular manifold for a stock location turbo (maybe for a PTE 6267 or 35R but not a stock location). If anything, I would send it to Grimmspeed for some heavy porting/polishing.
