As stated before, I cannot see the picture. And its the whole console piece not just a cup-holder (even though I got it to cover up those holes).

Ah I think I know what your talking about now.........I haven't seen that for sale anywhere. Doesn't it have a cover for the cubby hole?

 

yeah it has 2, one like the one by the shifter and the other one houses another cubby and also the rca cables for sss package cars

If they make that covered lid cup holder part in the same finish as this piece i be down for that too.. Definite interior upgrade!

Note the chrome highlight bezel around the ac knobs. Looks like just a matter of time before we can order.

 

Just some clarification. I think one of the covers house the ipod connectors. I would assume the console package at an incredible $80+ (which is amazing cheap for an OEM part) will not include the connectors.

Not that it matters to me. My idea is to house the boost controller (or similar stuff) inside the covers, as I dislike gadgets sticking out, making the cars look messy, not to mention attract thieves.


Anyway, this is the cupholder part. Would be nice to wrap in carbon, & that is what I will do.


If my calculation is correct, getting both the cupholder & covers should cost less than $300. Great value for money for those looking to upgrade their interior.

Now we just need the chrome trimmed panels (& ralliart lamps) to complete the 2009 conversion.

 

Sucks for MR owners though since the P/N/R/D selectors are all on the opposite side for RHD cars.

I want that console. The two compartments look so much better than the empty space and the glossy finish matches the rest of the interior.
