Considering going with the Perrin FMIC and Perrin Stealth exhaust. Anyone have good / bad experience with them and any pics of the exhaust on the car? Thanks!

 

Perrin is great. Go ahead and get thier full turbo back and Cobb AP with the stage 3 map! Should gain you almost 100 whp.

 

whats this stage 3 map you speak of?

 

I know two people with the exhaust and it is pretty good. I think the only issue I've seen is the occasional cell code from the down pipe which surprised me. I expected the cat in the DP to prevent that. Sound is not too loud which is a plus for me.

I can't speak for the FMIC since I have an ETS myself. I had a perrin FMIC on my STI and it did the job for me though.

 

HFC still need an o2 fouler, so get one of those before you do the install. had mine on for a while with a ur hfc and i haven't had any problems

Thanks for the input. I put a call into Perrin today. I'm going to get the FMIC and the exhaust...both in stealth black. I'm coming from BMW M3 modding, and dealing with GMG in So Cal (they are super professional, back their work, etc.), so I have so many questions with quality, reliability, etc. I want a very reliable car that won't have any issues.
