Wrecked WW MR in NJ

I was picking this MR up on friday, but I just carfaxed and it came back with an accident. Does any one know about it, how bad or who, Its worth a shot, if it was not bad I can use it as leverage and get a sick deal. As of now I am running from it. Thanks.

it seems like the accident was while it was in the dealerships possession, I would call the dealership and ask them to fax you the accident paperwork, for what exactly was repaired and who repaired it, it was probably minor stuff, but that car should sell for about 27-29K.

Yeah thats what I think too, since the mileage read the same after the accident. They did sell it at one point. Thanks a lot I will press them on it.

on carfax it looks like the accident happened before the car was ever sold the first time. Good Luck, but if it did indeed have an accident and an owner i should definitely sell at the very least 29K.

Your title totally mislead me. The first thing that came to my mind was if it was a front end collision because I would have bought those projector housings in a heartbeat.

The car is in brand new shape and very good miles. That had to be a very small damage; but it was reported to the insurance that's all...

Misleading title, I thought one had been wrecked, like totaled. I was just thinking today I haven't heard of any X's being totaled...yet.

oh there have been 2 totaled X's that I know of, both were on ebay and both fetched bids up to 14k and 17k (approximations i dont recall exactly) and one was badly wrecked i think their buy it now was 18k ? wow.

THat MR does have low mileage but for 34k with an accident small or not I wouldnt pay more than 31k for it. If you can get the exact document about the accident then ok maybe 34 but i say you need a copy of the paper work for the future when you plan to resell and someone runs the carfax down the line.
