Very interesting, keep us posted to see what the local dyno shop says..........I'm kind of curious to see what code(s) are being thrown.

Replace your tires and next time keep them rotated. I read in another thread that you started that you never rotated your tires and have 13k miles on them. Your fronts will wear out faster because that get more stress from turning. So now that you fronts on bald and your rears are not the fronts on spinning faster, hence throwing the ABS codes. Replace your tires before you screw up your t-case.

You are hitting overboost p01235 which makes your idle erratic and high.

It appears that the problem is in the ECU programming.

I thought that this thread was about actual issues with the EVO X?

I doubt any of these thing will happen with 99% of the owners because most owners will not tinker around with stuff like that.

FWIW I plan on doing a tune in the winter.

Sorry to hear about the difficulties. When you got a chance give our company a call, let us see if we can help you identify the problem. Since it sounds as if Pete helped you last, it's probably best to talk to him.
Also please try to collect a list of all the codes pulled from the car and details on driving conditions and your launching styles. The more the information hopefully the better we can help!

+1 - Definitely a strong possibility.

You didn't go to Courtesy at the auto mall did you? Their techs don't know anything! "Hey, why'd you switch out the Brembos?" I have an OZ...

what he means is that he has tuned numerous x's, including mine, and never encountered similar symptoms.

sounds like maybe edo is having a problem with their dyno or mr's are having problems

We all have to start reading our codes when we get them so the community can assist in aiding the problems.
