I got a letter from an outfit called boshart engineering, the short story is they say my evo has been randomly selected for emmisions compliance testing. They want to put a data logger on my obdII port for 2 weeks then pick it up. They said if I do it they will give me $110 for my time. I didn't see a downside to this so i sent in my application. Am I the only one around here that got a letter?

 

hm that happens every so often. they randomly select a group of buyers from a specific demographic, and offers money in exchange for data. i had one before, although it was for a survey of different cars within my category. i got $150 for 3 hours of my time. not bad.
