I'd really have to disagree about the car being loud, like the one guy said. I was expecting waaay louder.

I know when I first bagged the evo, I had 4 people in the car, with the AC blasting, and it pulled pretty hard, that put a smile to my face, haha. And I can't say I wanna challenge everyone on the streets, seemed to be the opposite for me. When I first bought my evo around last summer, lots of people wanted to race me on the streets.

When I sold me 9, I told my self I was done with Evos. I was never even considering getting an X. I wanted something more luxurious, like another BMW or Audi.

Then I made the mistake of driving one. After that, I bought the X the next day.

That's how amazing this car is. Even after 6 months, I can't wipe the damn grin off my face every time i boost or go around a corner at physics defying speeds.

Between the Evo and the bike - I get the 'you'll kill yourself' comment all the time.

$15k is reasonable for my 09 GTS with Sun Sound and Navi, mint condition only 15,000 miles on it.

dealers are getting close, but there are so few evos left they won't budge beyond the normal incentives

I disagree that it's not quiet enough for a long highway drive. I took mine on a nice 12hr drive, and it was spectacular.

As for the car requiring my attention all the time, um, seriously??? When you drive ANY car, it should have all your damn attention. I don't care if it's a Geo Metro.
