Still a great price. Best price I was able to get was about 28-29k for GSR SSS without 0% or 31-32 with 0%. You stole that one. Hell, I paid 24k for the same setup USED!!

If you open the hood. Near the hood latch you will see a cable. If it has a black rubber thing next to a small white plastic piece its been done. If you dont see this you need the recall. I would bet you need it done, no dealers gona do it on a unsold car.

The reflash thing is the same as above.

Still a great price imo... what's the going interest rate without zero APR? A friend of mine is interested, but he may not be qualified for 0% APR... he has a credit score around 650.

That's why I asked what the interest was for the OP... or anyone who purchased the X recently without 0% APR.

well, i could have gotten 0%, but then the price would have gone up around 2 grand, and then i lose some mitsu rebates. So we put the car in my moms name, and she has an awesome credit score, we were considered in the "advanced" tier so we qualified for 6.9% for 84 months. Me being a college student, this was all i could afford. I could have afforded 0% for 5 years, but with school and having to make that car payment, i didnt want to push it...

Wow 84 months... so without counting Tax, etc... just with 28500.. you'd be paying 7k in interest... So I understand that 400 a month(before taxes) is a bit less than 475... but ouch.

^ he said it's what he can afford on a monthly basis. Besides, he can always pay it off earlier once he starts earning more $$$, therefore cutting on interest. Bottomline, he got it at a really low price... it's worth every penny... and the car is a keeper. :-)
