Performance Chip?

maybe i newb question..is a chip a good idea for the evo x? has anyone done it or thought about doing it? what would be the gains ?

I chalk it up to stupidity and shear laziness. What do you do when you want information on a subject? Don't you conduct some sort of research? With the advent of the Internet and this day in age you have copious amounts of resources at your fingertips. Read first and ask questions last. It just blows my mind everytime I see a thread like, "What kind of oil should I put in my Evo X?" or, "Which exhaust is the bestest?" I don't see how anyone can't agree that questions like those are indeed stupid and the threadstarter is lazy.
