I am trying to identify a fuse located in the fuse box on the driver side between the door and the steering wheel. The identification icon is red highlighted in the picture, fuse 18 of 7.5 A with R as an icon. What function does the fuse responsible for?

I believe it's a rear fog light which is available in other countries.
