to those of you who keep it off, how do you hide the silver bolts that hold in the undertray to the lip? They become visible if you back off about 10ft from the front of the car.

Mine fell off too. But since my car is lowered it gives me more ground clearance anyways

Fixed mine once.

I fixed mine once. . I scraped it half way off. I live in a small New Mexican town with steep drive ways. There should be an ordinance for such things. (Most people in town drive pick up trucks.) I fixed mine with 3M double sided moulding tape and bought some generic compression type door panel clips. Good as new, for now. If it comes off again, I'll probably leave it off.

If you leave it off, though, how would anybody recommend removal off the left over adhesive from the factory glue and 3M tape?

I had the same problem, but a quick trip to lowes home goods solved the problem. The factory push pins are really really weak and loose. You can pick up a few lowes brand push pins, I believe the 1 1/4", non-screw type and put them right in and it wont budge.

You may need to trim one side of the push pin to fit flush, but it does work. I have 5 of them put in and it hasn't moved since.

Hope this helps. It only cost me about 3 dollars and it looks brand new now.

Mine just fell off yesterday. Hopefully the dealership will order a new kit and cover it under warranty.

The dealer will replace it, I'm taking my car in on Wednesday to have another lip installed. The original started coming off a little in one corner, next thing I know the whole damn thing fell off!

Anyone think the dealer would be against installing the new lip using Home Depot's finest?...I'd provide the $3 in additional material of course! Just think this might save us all a lot of time, obviously Mitsu isn't taking the initiative to solve the problem.

After a long trip yesterday, I noticed that my front lip is missing! I was like WTF? Did it come of while driving? LOL!

My car is lowered and I highly doubt that a dealership would warrant this part.

I hope SouthCoastMitsubishi would take care of me

Before I got rid of my aero kit, I stopped by the dealer because I was having the same issue. After quite some time they said the found the part and it would be covered... I dont have an aero kit anymore though. LOL
