yea both are the same, only difference in gauge clusters is when u look at an 08 lancer vs an 09 lancer gts, the 09 lancer gts does have blue high contrast guages

my guess is that this shot was taken with a long exposure with the dash light at its brightest setting. also, i think it is slightly overexposed.

that actually pisses me off. i remember seeing all the pics from the X press releases and the guages looked like that (blue). then i got in an X and it's all black and white. it looks better with the bluish gauges. looks like Acura gauges. guess it was too much to ask for mitsu to make a good looking cluster.

mmna is not the first to do this and neither the last. just think of every fast food commercials you have seen, as well as all models that have graced the covers of maxim.

i have an 09 lancer gts. i have the blue rings around the guages.. it is NOT an overexposure of the picture. my friend has a es sport and does not have it. only difference is model and he has auto, i have stick. idk about his year.

please look at the image in my last post and in the post starting this thread. does that look like a lancer steering wheel?

the lancers may have that blue ring near the bezel of the speedo/tach, but the evos do not. the original thread is in regards to whether or not the evo having the bluish halo.
