had this problem for over a month now. cant seem to find out what it is. Whenever im driving the car it always make this static noise near the driver side mirror. Its not the radio because i heard it with the radio off. Its very constant. if im driving on a dirt road i would hear it the whole time. any thoghts

 

My 2010 Honda Pilot does the same thing. My guess is it's a ground wire but I can't figure it out.

 

Alternator noise? Commonly heard on our cars.
