1) People are not going to respond to your thread within 20 seconds of posting it, stop being an impatient child.
2) Punctuate your post, I can't even understand that. Periods and commas help the sentences make sense, stop writing at the 3rd grade level.

Your car is probably flagged now so your warranty is toast. I would start looking around for a reman unit if possible and save my pennies. Why think about modding when your transmission is effed up? One step at a time...
And I am amazed that you were able to put that all into one sentence. Please tell me that English is your second language.

here is all you have to do.
go to another dealer if they refuse to fix it call Mitsubishi and tell them about it and if they refuse to fix it ask them why. If they say because of the filter ask them to prove it caused your synrco to go out. If they refuse ask them to send you paperwork for arbitration. Fill out the paper work (takes 5 mins) and turn it in. Guarenteed you will get a call from the district manager within a week of turning it in agreeing to fix it.

Why did you install the air filter? You thought it'd make more power. What can more power do to a tranny that wasn't designed for it? Break it. A judge or arbiter hearing your case is going to think in those very simple terms.
Even if that weren't the case they would just write this off as 'customer abuse'. I find it hard to believe that you've never launched the car and yet you've lost a synchro. I've owned a lot of cars over the years and I've never even replaced a clutch (I keep most cars `til 70k miles).

Why did you wash your car? You comprimised the clear coat by washing your car, therefore the rock chips on your sideskirts and rear door are your fault!
This is a joke man, a Panel filter would not cause a failure in a synchro, and they cannot just write something off as customer abuse because it breaks, unless they can prove it. Please inform yourself better of the way the legal system works, before you come in and tell the OP his car is a loss.
I've never filed one of these claims before but I've been in court before. The law doesn't work according to any kind of common sense and if you think it does then you may be the inexperienced one.

Umm In lower state courts, most cases are settles by arbitration, due the the fact that a jury trial will take months if not years, In arbitration, a NEUTRAL arbitrator looks at evidence from both sides and then makes a BINDING or NONBINDING decision. Based on the fact that he says all he has is a panel filter (who knows, I highly doubt a dealership would look in your airbox when servicing a tranny) The arbitrator would not doubt side in his favor, or somewhere in the middle.
