I had my fuel line recall done w/ the local Mitsu dealership over a week ago. No problems so far.

Nope... I don't hear any difference before/after at all. I had the service manager show me the work they did before driving off. Everything looked good.

I have only had the hood latch fixed. Everything else has been put on the back burner for the time being.

I dont feel like swapping my cat out just to go to the dealer and risk having stuff voided. When im due for inspection next fall im just going to get it all fixed then. Fuel line, airbag, and w/e else happens to come in the mail.

Although my middle hood vent is peeling paint, so i might take it in for that. is this even covered?

So they have to remove/reinstall the UICP to do the fuel line recall?

Hmmm...that could turn out ugly.

The Mitsu warranty only covers perforation (a hole all the way through). I'd probably just throw some carbon vents in there if I were you.

I am not sure why everyone is concern about their warranty being voided. They can not void an item unless the mod was the cause of it. I have had nothing but good luck with mitsu. Don Herring here in plano is mod friendly. I had one issue were they had to call out a rep from mitsubishi and it was still covered. Had the fuel line and the hood latch recall done with the mods on the car and no issues. If your dealer gives you any problems i would just go to another one.

I probably should take mine in for some work. I just got the letter yesterday. It makes it difficult to take care of this because my dealership doesn't do loaners. Does anyone have the official links to all the TSBs open on the 2008 Evo X?

yeah, my dealership in town closed so now the closest dealer for work is 4 to 8 hrs away and I'm too busy to get over there during the week and most shops are closed on weekends so I got to do the fixes myself when I get time.
