I’m definitely getting old , my dear evo fellows
what a pain in my back!!!!!!!!!!!
my hands also hurts a lot
but the job is done!
it took me more time that i expect because I was also replacing the radiator hoses and didn't have a good tool to easily remove the stupid oem hose clamps.
anyway, the intercooler is really easy to install, I will add some pictures later after final tests

yeah its not hard at all, right? my first time took about 2 or 2.5 hours from start to finish....bumper removal is the easiest part...lol...wrestling around with the UICP and intercooler were the hardest parts...and most time consuming....

congrats on the ETS FMIC though....

I did radiator/fanshroud, fmic, and all piping in half a day and I'm not very bright when it comes to mechanics. Now that I've done the downpipe, everything else seems so easy.

Well maybe on a stock turbo car in the 300-350 crank HP range a FMIC won't make that large of a difference.

However, I know that if I bolted up a stock FMIC on my car hovering around 550 crank HP I could see it instantly lose 20 HP and probably well over 30 HP once the stock IC heat soaked.

Have you replaced your own clutch? Once you do that by yourself in your garage on jack stands then everything else is really easy, lol...

That's one nice IC. Install doesn't look to bad.
