Fluttering

I have a AMS intake running the stock BOV and when the car shifts its flutters. What causes this? I had my AP BOV with stock intake, and took off the AP BOV with the AMS intake bc the fluttering was annoying. Its still annoying but its not as loud with the stock BOV. What can I do? My AP is in route, will a tune help it out?

Thanks

Sound like your BOV isn't working properly. Take it off and run some compressed air through the BOV and see if the valve opens under pressure. If not your BOV is shot. I had that happen to mine when I bought the car. The BOV didn't work and was causing compressor surge...the fluttering noise you hear. The air that is suppose to be let out by the BOV is bouncing back and hitting the turbo fins. Or it is possible you have it installed backwards...which I believe would cause the same problem.
