$17,000 for new Evo X - Scam or what??

Ok guys, so i was lookin around for some evo's in my area (Canada) and i found an 2008 Evo X with 9,000 miles for sale for $17000 CAD.

So I was like WTF this is a scam, and i emailed asking what was wrong with the car, title etc.

and SHE replied back:

The price is CAD $17,000 including shipping to your address (only in Canada). The car is located in Canada but currently I am located in London, United Kingdom, because I just finished the divorce with my husband and i have moved here to my parents for a while. The transaction will be made only through ebay vehicle purchase protection program also the payment will be made through eBay and only after you will receive the car, I will receive the payment.

PS: If you are interested in buying it please provide me your FULL NAME and FULL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER so I can initiate the deal through eBay
I will wait your answer (if you are interested to buy) very soon and i will also explain you all terms for this transaction.
Lol.

I just check and see that the ad is gone.

I am sure that this is a scam, what do you guys think?
What should i do

Better yet, tell her that you need to verified if she is ledgit so have her provide her info for you so you can do an FBI check on her before you go further. Ask if she's a MILF too Buy yeah, when an ad says they live on another country or doing business in another country and can ship car to you or will have certified check sent to you but it's more than the priced and ask you to pay some back, that sh*t is 100% SCAM.

lol, there is a countless number of ads on craigslist like this with cheap cars. Every single one I email for the hell of it is "a female soldier stationed overseas" type BS.
Don't fall for it.
