SpeedCircuit cat back exhaust
SpeedCircuit UICP
ETS intake
I'm getting ETS FMIC 3.5 and Turbo XS HFC soon. but I wanted to know what other bolt ons can be added so when I go for tune I can get 350- 370 hp? And if I upgrade the wastegate what will that do? Cuz i have no idea what the wastegate does, I just read about a feel ppl upgrading theres.

Walbro fuel pump!!!!, O2 housing and DP, and TUNE.
You should not need to upgrade the wastegate for the oem turbo.
A strong tune, with higher boost, will get you to your goal.

My advice would be to not obsess about your HP number. Think about what you really want the car to do... daily driver? drag strip? canyon runs? autocross? road racing? garage queen? Your power curve will mean a lot more than simple peak numbers and the parts you pick (and your tune) will determine the tune.
If you are interested in simply getting numbers, I'd recommend the following:
E85 conversion* or Meth/h2o injection (big gains across powerband)
Cams (decent gains across low to mid powerband)
02 downpipe (minimal gains on stock turbo)
THEN
Turbo upgrade
*Keep in mind that e85 conversion will require a new fueling setup and MUCH larger injectors and access to e85 of course!
O2-Downpipe should get you some small gains.
Mild cams will net you some mid-range power but minimal top-end.

What I want is a car I can drive everyday and also I can have some fun at the track with. After talking with 3 dealers I know what I can do to the car without voiding warrenty on it. I already have the sound now I just want to add some power without going to crazy. I have good size pockets but I dont have deep pockets.
