Evo X stolen!
the X's ive seen stolen here, have been started...
the only one that has been caught during the act.. had a blank key and a laptop w/ all the necessary programs to program the key....
mine got broken into.. but the guy just trashed the inside of the car and broke some cables....
supa sorry to hear brah......i know how it feels....had 3 cars stolen....still tryna devise a way to keep em from takn. Only thing ive come up with is have a separate gas tank with spark plug wire from d engine going into it-so that when they start it car goes boooooom if they try to take again. But again sorry to hear that.
My house in FL got broken into as well when I was younger. I HATE that feeling when you see it. The guys trashed my house. It felt dreadful to look at it and know someone's been all through my stuff.
No alarm at my current home. But living in a nice neighborhood where almost always one of the neighbors are home, and having 100+lbs of protective and aggressive (towards people that don't belong here) Rottweiler makes me feel safe. We don't chance even new people coming to our house when we're not here because there is no telling what the dog will do. He's pretty good about sensing who should or shouldn't be here, but we don't leave that to fate.
He most certainly would F someone's world up if they broke in!! If he ever killed a burglar though I have a feeling we would get sued (and lose) and the dog would get put down. That's fine by me though (not the dog getting put down part) if it means it keeps my family safe!!
I will say our dogs are awesome at car security too. They ALWAYS know when someone is in our driveway. They can hear things we can't and they definitely let us know. I'm really thankful for our animals when it comes to security. I sleep better at night!!
Sorry to the OP on the car getting stolen. It's a material possession so it can be replaced. I'd rather have my car stolen from my driveway then be held up at gun point or something. Hopefully there is a speedy recovery process for the money or the car!! GL

I used to live on an old dirt road far away from everything we had a pitt that would always bark when someone was coming down the dirt road even if it wasn't to our house and one morning we woke up to two guys with guns trying to break down our front door the dog didn't even wake up till they were already kicking on the door.
damn i hate thieves. ive never had my whole car stolen, but i remember when i used to live in my condo with underground gated parking garage. fully secured, cameras, 2 locked doors to get to the garage, etc.
these guys somehow got in, cut the wires to the cameras, taped up all the doors to get by the locks, and then broke into the security room and stole the video tape. luckily my insurance rocked and they paid out 11k for 3k of damage that i fixed by myself.
way to go, you got some seats and stereo that you pry got about 500 for on the black market while risking goin to jail. but thanks to you i made a fat down pay on a new evo.

I feel bad for your loss man but you gotta try and stay positive. In 2008 while coming back from celebrating my b-day with my girl, while at a red light some piece of scum came up from the side of my drivers side door, popped it open and put a knife to my throat. It was 4am and my doors didnt auto lock cause I just came out of a gas station and rolled slowly to the light ( you have to go 20 mph for the 05 'acura TL locks to engage.) He taunted and told us to get out, her purse 1k dollar Louis Vuitton bag, my wallet, car keys, house keys, license with my address, not to mention how much I put into that car, 3k for rims, 3k for sound system all this he was about to drive away with and I couldn't do anything. He turned his back to me to get into the drivers seat and in that split second my mind raced (should I jump on him, I looked at my girls face and she nodded don't do it) He closed the door, violently fiddled around got back out threw my keys and said, "F$#@k this S#@t keep this piece of S@#t you B#@tch *** Ni@Ga" then ran off.
HIS DUMB *** COULDN'T DRIVE STICK SHIFT! LMAO, hopefully my very true and painful story brightens your mood because the moral is that it could always be worse, he could have just cut my throat or poked me. I sold that car because of the post traumatic stress involved even foolishly rode around with weapons in the car for a short time after that. But it took me many hours of therapy to come to this conclusion that you must stay positive because people always get what they deserve and god works in mysterious ways.
