Why do some of the evo X's (WW for example) have a black bottom line, and some are the car color. I like the look where the whole front is black where it shows the intercooler but i see some where it is white along the bottom.

The Aero kit covers the black part with a paint matched lip. That is why you can't see the black. So, without the aero lip you will see the black.

so the white is WITH the kit and the black is not.... crazy i think it looks sick without the kit.

 

Correct. You can add a strip of vinyl to the center to finish the black down, or mask off and plasti-dip that center portion.
