I need a quick answer
I am interested in getting a new x with the sss package and navi, when you get the sss package, does it come with a front spoiler ? cause there were two of them there, a base one and one with the sss package and they both looked the same except one had the small rear wing and the other one had the large wing, and yes the 2010 comes with the wider side skirts standard, that i know.
But should the sss package have the front spoiler allso ? or not.

Nope! SSS = HID Sight, Rockford Fosgate Sound, and gigantic REAR Spoiler and fast key.
The front spoiler is aero kit option. Fatty side skirts is also aero kit option. 2010 side skirts stick out a lil bit on the bottoms, but are in no way any resemblance to the aero side skirts that look like a shelf.
The aero kit will also include rear bumper corner extensions and a gurney flap on top of the larger SSS spoiler.
In short, if there's body paint color directly below the intercooler, you're looking at the aero kit.

if you don't need the oem kit, don't get it. esp if you plan on moding it on your own later on, it'll just be a waste of money.
i got the sight, sound, spoiler package on the '08 and it was worth it, but it didn't come with the aero so i didnt complain.
