Shift Knob

Does anyone know if this will fit the Evo X?
I did research but the only thing I know is that the thread on the Evo X shifter is 10x1.25.

Oh & if anybody knows of one; I'm looking for a White shift knob that's weighted, and has the inscription of the 5spd.

The EvoX is also M10 x 1.25. We don't have any white shift knobs, but we do offer an engraved shift pattern. Here's a link to check out all of the shift knobs we offer for your car!

HKS 51999-AK003 (M10x1.25)

Cusco CUS-00B-760-3WW (M10x1.25)

Dash/Carbing (M10x1.25)

Ralliart, Coltspeed, Monster Sport, Blitz, Presto, and Nismo all make similar white shift knobs threaded for M10x1.25, and quite a few others are available in a universal fit (with plastic inserts). Think most Mazda, Nissan and Mitsubishi knobs should all be threaded the same.

Unfortunately, you'll probably have to track down a JDM importer to order most of these.. good luck!

Not sure if it fits but, based on classic looks, go with the Hurst. Seems like all the others are just copycats that lack panache.

The Hurst, which is 3/8-16, probably won't fit though.. not 100% sure of the thread difference, but I'm guessing that an imperial shift knob won't fit too well on a metric-threaded gear lever.

Thanks for the responses, especially afd, sorry it's been forever, I forgot about this thread, those white knobs look good, I wonder if they are counter weighted. I will search them up, thanks again.

Very welcome!

Unfortunately, I just looked up every single one of the knobs I found, and a few don't specify the weight at all.. and most are advertised as being "super-lite" duracon or delrin, weighing only 20-60g. The Presto WRC-style PF-200B003 seems to be a popular choice for some reason.

Unless you can find a universal-fit counter-weighted knob in white, you might have to check and see if someone could make you up a custom one.

Koolknobs (LINK) and EPCO (LINK) both make custom ball knobs.

Personally, I've been looking forever for a full-coverage, real carbon fiber knob in the ball style (no neck at the base), preferably weighted, and must be threaded M10x1.25 ..no such luck, lol. Think I'm bout to give up and see if I can figure out how to import the CF knob from the UK's FQ-360..

Thanks for the links man, I might get in contact and see if they can make me a conterweighted white one, that would be awesome, I like the cf one in the picture you posted, good luck finding it, it looks sick.

Here I found something for you, read after post #9, don't get to excited though, there is a small problem :/ but you might be able to figure something out after reading the posts on the thread.

Haha, thanks! Lol, yeah.. the small problem would be a $230 shift knob.. plus shipping.. plus maybe duty/customs fees. Sigma-speed imports them into Japan and sells them for $330, which would probably be comparable to getting one into the US.. and yeah, that's just insane!

Maybe I'll just settle for a stupid universal fit CF knob by NRG for $40, lol

I'm looking for something exactly like the NRG
SK-300BC (LINK), but drilled for M10x1.25 (instead of using the cheasy universal plastic inserts) and preferably weighted.. and yes I'm completely aware that weighted carbon fiber is both an oxymoron and totally rice, lol

Sadly, I'm almost certain that such a knob does not exist..
