Just wanted to get some ideas from you guys. I have a TBE, UICP, 3 port, Perrin recirc BOV, and drop in filter. I don't have a WB02, but I am tuned for the 3 port. I don't think i'll get much more power from a tune with the WB02, 10-20 is what I was told. I'm using an AP... what might be a good option for me? I'm looking for maybe low to mid 12 second capable runs (though I don't track the car).. but you know if I ever took it to road course or something, having that extra power would be fun once I got to driving the course well.
I could perhaps even sell the AP, and just use a laptop which i'd like to buy, BUT the AP is a very handy little tool and I don't know anything about tuning so using ECUflash or something for me might be a stupid move.
Right now i'm having a friend do my tuning, who does know a lot about it, but like many people know, I can't get a good tune unless I have that damn WB02. I leave the Mellon tune up beause he did such a great job on my first tune with a completely stock car, and my friend doesn't really want to get into tuning a lot of cars so I don't tell anyone who it is unless he decides to reveal himself lol.

You're on the stock turbo, and don't plan to do cams? Springs and bolts would be good for future state, but wouldn't do much of anything for you now. Good insurance, I guess; but it's an expensive labor intensive job if you're not going to also do cams.
yeah, I guess that's true.
The closest station to me is in Annapolis which is 25-35 minutes away, there aren't any stations in the areas that I typically go. I had thought of buying the stuff by the barrel, but it's a lot involved there. It would add quite a bit of power though lol.
I'd still need a WB02 though and a way of logging, or I guess I would.

If you go to a road course, prepared to be hooked! Power is usually the first thing in many peoples' minds when they first get into modding. However, I'd wager a decent bet that if you went to a track and found it something you'd like to do regularly, that power would become a distant thought. The EvoX is a good chassis out of the box, but it is a little on the heavy side. A good set of brake pads and some good tires probably wouldn't be a bad purchase (as well as another set of wheels).
...but if regular track days are not in your future, and you are still looking at power...and especially if you are looking to play with the tuning yourself. Keep the AP, pick up a WBo2, exhaust and start looking at your fuel system. ...especially if you are looking at E85 for the future.

If you are looking to stay around or under 400, from what I've read, the stock fuel pump should be adequate. However, if you decided to pursue the E85 route or start going beyond 400hp, you won't have enough pump. And, if you are looking at upgrading the injectors a higher flowing fuel pump is just a little added insurance.
