underhood shifter bushings!

Hey guys. I keep getting a rear clunk from 1st to 2 gear. I'm wondering what can be the root of this problem. I did some research online and people suggested to replace:

rear differential bushings, motor mounts, release bearing in transmission, tranny mounts etc. I tried shifting at ranges between 3400-4000 rpm and even when slowly letting the clutch out this happens. My foot is not touching the gas pedal before the grab point either. Any tips / suggestions?

I picked up the underhood shifter bushing to helpwith the notchy shift but they didn't make a noticeable difference. Most of the factory assembly is plastic but at 24k miles I didn't notice any wear.
I guess what I would recomend would be to have the car off and have someone shift it for you to see if u can hear anything.
My only other idea is that you may have an air bubble in the clutch line.

It's not so much difficulty moving the stick shifter it's more of the behind of the car jumping up when I release the clutch slowly. Thump!

Well it sound like it isn't going fully into 1st or 2nd. Before looking at underhood bushing I would get a short throw and base bushing( shorter throw but more leverage). I order mine from twm.

But seeing as it's new take it to the dealer if you haven't yet.

this is related to the 8's and 9's but clunk noises from quick release of throttle after being on the gas is often caused by soft stock motor or read diff mount. shift bushings never hurt or help such noises
