I'll vouch for the abysmal fuel "economy". At the track, I average 5 (yes FIVE) miles per gallon.

Thankfully, a full TBE has my daily normal driving getting me 24 mpg, with one good daily boost thrown in on the way home every day.

I think we all had that opinion on the FQ400...you can build the motor, drivetrain, and everything else for what they charge for it.

I practiced that style of driving two ways. One, a cell phone conversation always ends up with better MPG. Two, I had a 1989 Camry with 330,000 on it and a dang near dead clutch when I got my Evo.

Oh, THREE. TBE will lean you out without any tuning. Be prepared for black tips that will never come quite clean. But OMG does it launch.

Oooh, LA. Yeah, I can see that. Your air is thinner than mine, sea level measured, and your octane isn't 93 that I run like it was my own lifeblood.... I NEVER mess around with 91. Twice when I did, I tossed in octane boost (off road limited use only JPx, but it helped)

I spend most of my drive at a steady 60-80 -- Ok, so that's not so steady. I let slower fast drivers lead me. (Bait)
