just got my evo mr-t - having rear bumper issues :(

so i picked up my car tonight at south coast, and while i was pulling into the gas station before heading home i heard a loud 'crack' - i didnt think it was anything big b/c there wasn't any apparent reason for it, but when i got out i noticed that the rear bumper at the right fender was misaligned, im guessing that i drove over one of those raised manhole cover type things but i dont know because i was driving pretty slow and the rear wheel would have to have come wayyyy up to hit the bumper/fender area, i guess it's unlikely but possible - anyway here are some pics of area of concern, my question is how big a deal will this be to fix? do i need to take it to a body shop or can i have the dealer fix it when i go back to get my oem nav installed? i tried to adjust it myself but it is stuck in its current position - any advice/info/opinions are welcome - thanks! (i promise to put real pictures up as soon as i get this sorted out)

Just backhand it with the bottom of your fist one time. Pops back in place and no problems.
