I love my Aero Kit, I'm actually just adding on to it. I did get the APR splitter and then I plan on replacing the rear parts of the kit with the sequential rear pieces....I'll take some pics once I get the parts painted and put everything on:-)
BTW i think its all on how well you take care of the car (and letting people know not to step on your side skirts) on how the kit holds up

i think it looks so much better with the aero kit but the paint is starting to bubble and come up on the driver side skirt. Hopefully something that can be fixed with warranty?
abit out of the OP topic but since we're in the aero kit topic , anyone know how much ground clearance you get with the aerokit with stock height ?
like the space in between the flat road and the bottom point of your aero kit
thanks

my side skirts were sagging, dealer attempted to fix both of them and only the passenger side help up. my driver side had scratches from my door scraping it when opened and they ordered me a new one about 2 weeks ago.
Personally the aero kit makes the car look 10x's better and there is also a thread in the how to section on how to permanently fix it if you're having problems.

have full kit from factory. a shop put a lift under the skirts incorrectly, and actually pinned the skirt while lifting. skirt was dented in that area, but otherwise still attached well. seems pretty strong to me.
the problem i have is that the rubber edging/seals, or whatever they are, do not stick well. i have to regularly tuck the front rubber things on the skirts under, and continually use weatherstripping cement to stick back the rear part. i think i have to find a different glue--that stuff's not working.
and of course, that front rubber piece is lame.
but no, the skirts are attached well to the car. not sure why people would report attachment problems. maybe they stepped on them by accident?

I haven't had any issues with the Aero kit, but I am very careful not to let anyone step on the skirts. When I first picked up the car the pass side skirt was loose b/c the clip on the rear was broken and looked like someone had stepped on it. Mitsu replaced under warranty and really haven't had any issue since then. If nothing else, it does a decent job of protecting the side of the car from rocks - they hit the skirts instead of the rear door.
Certainly possible. All of the parts could be had from the dealer's parts department. Totally dumb idea, imo. It'd cost as much as a nice carbon kit from JUN.
