help me out...

hey im having some hestitation when i accelerate in higher rpm's. I thought it could be a mis-fire but the check engine light isnt on. I'm thinking it could be clogged fuel injector? anyone have any other thoughts or ideas???

did you make sure all your vacuum lines are hooked up?

^^^what he said. check the one on the front left side of your engine block. comes off very easily. also, what mods do you have? you may need a tune.

Check your spark plugs too... I think you're right that no check engine means you're not getting a misfire code... usually you'll get a P0300, PO301, etc. But, spark could be weak with no CEL.

A SpoonlinUp COP is a pretty reasonable investment if you think it could be spark blowout at high boost/acceleration.

Don't think it is your injectors being clogged or you would probably have other issues as well.

P0300s are almost nonexistent in the Evo X. On an unrelated note, the ignition system for the 4B11 is also substantially better.

That's really good to know... I didn't realize that there was any difference between the X and IX.
