Does anyone else have this problem?

I went to the dealer yesterday for a routine maintenance and to get a weird sound checked out on my X. I have a weird sound that you can only hear when pulling off at an angle, for example accelerating onto a highway from a stop, the noise sounds like a rubbing sound or the sound you hear when you run over a rumble strip and you can hear it in the rear of the vehicle....when im at a complete stop on a straight away and pull off there is no noise. I rode along with the mechanic and he replicated the noise every time under the scenario i described. He assumes that the S-AWC pump(?) is being stressed when put under high acceleration. I said well am i not supposed to accelerate at all with the car? Im not launching the vehicle or revving it to break 0-60 times They called corporate after replicating the same noise on an X from the dealership. I was told that it would be under warranty BUT they really dont know whats causing the noise. Soooo, i said well how can i get it fixed if you dont know whats the problem??? I was told to bring it in if the problem worsens, because they said this is a new issue that they havent heard of before even though they replicated the noise on a dealership X ?????

Anybody have this weird noise?

P.S: For the guys that wanted to know the price of the dealerships 30,000 mile fluid change....$389

Does it happen if you have the wheel turned in both directions, or is just one direction affected? If just one, then it could be the front brakes rubbing when the wheel is at an angle due to a slighly off-center caliper. Is there a lot of meat left on your pads? I'd describe that noise as more of a scrap or grind than a rumble, though....

No mods, and the brakes are brand new...they replicated the same noise on a brand new X at the dealership...it happens if i pull off at an angle, wheel not really turned
