Can u test drive an Evo with a learners permit?
My 17 year old brother wants tog et an Evo or an Sti, but wants to test drive them first. can he do this with a learners permit? if not, how can he figure out how tehse cars drive?

Get a better starter car. It is not wise to get anything more than that.
