My Evo X GSR

Im from Puerto Rico and I bought my car with 6000miles and it alredy had :
-Turbosmart dualport bov
-Ultimate Racing downpipe with o2 extension
-ACT street clutch kit
-Ultimate Racing Dual Catback Exhaust
A month later I bought the Injen UICP with the Short Ram Intake, and the car was racing good but having sometimes the engine service light on , in the warranty they told me that was the o2 sensor. Then with the intake and the UICP the car became slower, slow throttle response . I forgot that having all of this the car was stock ecu not having a reflash or tuning. Today the car has AEM wideband and boost gauge a MBC and all of the mentioned parts, and the car runs very slow compared when i bought it stock and when I hit the throttle the wideband reads 13.1 some people told me that the fuel mixture was dry because I saw the spark plugs and they were kinda white.
If theres someone who can help me I would apreciate it !
Thanks!

You need a tune. And if you are racing with A/F in the 13's you may have already hurt your engine. Do you know what detonation sounds like?

Yes a tune ASAP or at least a Cobb AP if you cant get to a tuner, and maybe in the mean time, try to replace the dp and BOV with stock parts if you can.
