can I put turbo back on?

hey guys, so Can I make a turbo back exhaust and put it on without a tune? i'm a fabricator and want to make a exhaust for my evo x mr but I heard you have to have a tune for every mod you do.

it's suggested to tune after every mod

reality is for most that isn't possible

you can most certainly put an aftermarket exhaust on the vehicle and drive the car around

make sure you do something to prevent cel's from the lack of a cat

it will be most fine, you just need to get a o2 spacer to keep from throwing a SES light because you removed your cat.

haha I reread it and I should have worded it better I looked at the tittle again after I submitted it. but anyways so it's all good to throw a turbo back on ? I have a drop in and a inlet pipe from perrin as well. I can take care of the o2 sensor or do I need a new on specifically
