The best sounding exhaust is the one with the lowest price tag.

It's not rocket science, you are talking about a 3 inch pipe and a muffler, how much different can one sound from another?

Go with any one of the domestic names with a big installed base and you are good to go.

The biggest issue is fitment, because those big pipes have small clearances to the chassis, driveshafts and rear suspension parts.

The OP needs to at least qualify his question.
Do you want the loudest on the market? Shatter windows and knock squirrels out of trees?

Do you want something stealthier that won't attract to much attention but you can still hear and feel it?

Not to hijack the thread but I'm looking for an exhaust that has a nice deep note and doesn't have a loud drone. I do a fair bit of highway driving so something with a loud drone is out of the question. I hear the T1R has the same decibel rating in car during highway cruising but is there anything else? I love the sound of the ETS V.2 but i hear it has a terribly loud drone

IMO it is hard to judge a exhaust note over a video but I like how GReddy's site is setup with a sample and a lot more specs on their products vs. someone like the HKS site.

That's a question with many, many, but many answers. As for alot of people are entitled to their own opinion. There are old threads quite similar to this one I believe, and they go on and on and on... ect... Lol...

I have a Greddy Ti-C TBE. It looks good, but I no longer really fathom the single exhaust.

It has a deep mean sound to it, and by far not the quite the quiet exhaust around in the market, but alot of people that have seen it on my X love it. I rather a dual exhaust though.
