Non SSS head light bulb suggestions?
suggestions on a brighter bulb then?
I like my sylvania silverstars. My Evo is the second car I've had these in. In my last car, one bulb burned out after about 2 yrs or so. It sounds like most people are also happy with the Silverstar Ultras. Those are brighter than the regular Silverstars which are brighter than stock.
Sylvania-9005SU
Sylvania-9006SU
for both highs and lows.
But reviews say they burn out in less than a year :/
In regards to that kit on the ddm tuning website...
Apexcone Raptor HID Kit
what would be my best bed in wattage and bulb output not to blind people, but at the same time increase visibility?

I wanted my lights to look different than the normal EVO HIDs, so I went a little bluer. I also went with higher wattage so that I could be sure it would produce enough light output.
I don't get flashed that much, but I'm not going to lie and say I don't ever get flashed.

For the $55 that I spent, I feel it was very worth the purchase. If later down the road you realize that you don't like 10k lights, (or whatever kelvin you purchase), you can buy another set of lights at a different kelvin for around $10-30 (don't remember the exact price).
My suggestion if your looking for the most light output without going to an HID is to do a 9005 conversion. Do this instead of replacing a 9006 with an other 9006. Also try and find an HIR bulb. This combination will give you a noticeable difference!
