Was looking at that myself. How's the quality/fitment?

 

Here are some quick pics I just took after getting home tonight. They don't do it justice. The guy I got it off of and who installed it says it fits 100000000x times better then the actual DoLuk trunk lol. I will try and get more later.

damn man im not a fan of any carbon fiber trunks but wow is that pretty sexy.. how much did you pay?

 

I am the same way and will be painting this one to match body color. I do not mind it all that much though. I got an extreme hook up price of $400 installed so please do not go off of that price. They retail for around $800 (Seibon and another knockoff version). If you can find them used, do it! Good luck!

 

I love that trunk on there. Same reason I ordered my new car without the wing -- more adult and civil.

Cannot go wrong right there! I was over wings even if they were functional since I had my 2006 STi. Just grew out of them personally and they attract more police attention then I care for. I actually was trying to get the dealership to trade my SSS wing for a MR lip. They wouldn't do it though lol. Fell in love with the DoLuk at first sight!

X2 that's what I'll be adding because it really changes the appearence to the car for the better. I bought this car for the reason that "16 year olds" can't afford it. I was driving a srt - traded for a wrx and eventually got tired of seeing em everywhere cause of the affordability for the younger crowd. I'm 22 so I enjoy driving a car that my friends nor anyone my age drives. I only see one other guy around my area and he's older. but the do luck trunk functionally increases nothing that the stock spoiler wont do as well to my knowledge. Weight reduction for getting the carbon fiber trunk is a plus though! it looks so much better though.

 

I'm really starting to like the look of the do luck style, I think I may consider putting it on the wishlist.

 

Do it! You both won't be sorry. I won't go back to the regular trunk for as long as I own the car, that's for sure. They look even better paint matched to the car as well. Once I am done going E-85 I will be painting it. Probably around february 2011 is when I'll do it. I will post up pics fa sho!

 

The grass is always greener. I have an se and want a spoiler. The do luck does look good though

im 22 and my trunk is wingless
