Intake or IC piping?

Looking to either get an intake or uicp before I get tuned. My question is which will be more beneficial (gains wise) with a tune? I already have a perrin high-flow filter, but wasn't sure if that will make a difference or not in my decision. Or would the smartest thing just be to wait and knock both out before I tune? Just lookin for input. If it matters, I have a full tbe and just the hf filter.

Thanks.

If you can only get one get the intake before the tune, you can add IC piping after the tune w/o throwing anything off.

my opinion...

you'll see more gains from a upper intercooler pipe than an intake BUT as Kracka hinted at...an intake really requires a tune so if you insist on only having one before your tune get an intake

fun fact...stock intake is plenty capable up to the 400 whp area

I would go with the UICP unless you're going for huge power. The stock airbox with a high flow filter moves plenty of air.

The power I want after the tune is what I can make the most with what I have and either the ic piping or intake (for now atleast). Thanks for the input.
