finding a used one may be difficult but mitsubishiparts.net you could buy one. you'll just have to get it painted. the diffuser is a separate part so you'd need to reuse the current one.

 

The For Sale section would probably be a good start. I think you need 50 post to post in there though..

 

I bought front bumper cover couple months back. First I called dealership and they said they don't come pre painted so i gave Jnz tuning a call and they said they had 3 ww pre painted at the warehouse they get it from.. So u should give them a call if they can find u pre painted.
