Hmm, I never heard that. I noticed gains when I bolted mine up, granted I also installed my exhaust, but it allows more flow through the exhaust, which isn't a bad thing.

A Turbo Back Exhaust (bolt on from the turbo to the exhaust) is the best bang for the buck mod you can do with our cars since the stock parts are so restrictive. Its worth the money if your looking to make more powa.

I had a someone tell me the same thing, but I was like you don't even know what you're talking about. Every little bit helps especially when you get a tune.

Seems very costly for 9whp and 5ftlbs. I could live without (and would barely notice) the 9whp and 5ftlbs. I'd rather pocket my $400 plus dollars. Just sayin.... IMO.... If someone was going to upgrade the turbo then I could see the benefit.

Same could be said for pretty much every other bolt-on mod for the stock turbo, but when trying to built a highly responsive car with a fat powerband it all adds up and is worth it in the end.

Is the .5 psi increase due to the downpipe installation?

Boost was actually nearly identical, if anything a tad lower up top.

whp vs. boost

AFR's were also kept constant.
