How not to celebrate your Birthday

Man accused of driving 128 mph is arrested

Marion County Sheriff's Office spokesman Don Thomson said Deputy Ryan Postlewait was patrolling in the Delaney Road area south of Salem when his radar detected a red 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer traveling north at 128 mph in a 55 mph zone.

But officer, I was just demonstrating the awesome power . . .

The question is whether he himself arrested for speeding or for lying to the cop.

Any inclination the cop might have had to cut the guy some slack went right out the window when he started spewing intelligence-insulting BS.

Well he deserves to get arrested for being a dumbass and driving that fast in a 55mph. It could of ended a lot worse for him.

False alarm, the officer only said it was a Lancer not a Evo.

I think its fine just make sure the highways are empty if you are going to floor it.

People like him are the reason why there are there are all kinds of auto related deaths that could of been avoided. He is lucky that he didn't hurt or kill him self or someone else. Granted he wasn't drunk or high which makes it worse since he was completely aware of what he was doing.
