i will try but, wonder someone interested in damaged hood. If i cant sell in here, should i go metal scrap shop without hood scoop?

Mods are going to either close or move this thread, that's why I stated the above. Depending on the damage of your hood determines if it could sell. Pictures would also help.

Isn't the stock aluminum hood supposed to be really hard to repair? You can always try selling it. And if that doesn't work... then you can make scrap out of it.

I was driving on the hwy when the car in front of me kicked up a shredded semi truck tire, it went straight up and hit my hood. I was mad as hell but couldn't do anything about it. The hood is aluminum, so you could probably scrap it for some change and get a new OEM hood. Or kick it up to a carbon fiber piece. It'll be hard to sell a damaged hood though.

See if a paintless dent repair shop can fix it. Probly cost you $150 or so. I had some PDR done on my last car and it looked great. This is what they do when cars are damaged by hail but not totaled.
