Carfax and Autocheck use data supplied after the car is sold and after the insurance company pays there piece and then they notify Carfax or Autocheck. Nothing unusual here since the car is so new.

I have run Carfax reports on potential trade ins at our dealership and they say the car is clean. I can inspect the car and definelty see that it has been repaired and repainted. If you get your wrecked and repaired traded-in quick enough you can TRY to beat Carfax. A good dealership will catch it upon inspection.
