How much do you guys pay for your X gsr leases?

Hey guys whatsup I finally got rid of my 03 evo8 and bought a 2011 civic si Anyway I absolutley miss my evo. So I am thinking about buying a brand new wicked white X GSR. Was just wondering how much you guys pay for your lease with how much money down ect and who treated you the best? I work at a honda nissan and ford dealership so I dont plan on paying anymore than invoice for the car.

Let me know some of your input and feedback and reason for lease is because Besides wheels and coilovers that I can put back to stock I do not plan on modding the car much and in the end I will probally buy it.

Thanks in Advance!

If you lease they will nail you in the end. My buddy did this and he said it was a nightmare. They wanted to charge him nearly full price after four years. I could be wrong tho. Good luck

If you decide to buy the car after lease period, residual is listed on the paper you signed. Therefore, they cant charge anything more than that is listed on ur contract.

not unless you are going to end up buying at the end of the lease period. Heck, you can still modify even withing the lease period and take the parts off before you turn it in.

as mentioned before...the residual value isn't worth it...buy it outright. They make you pay an arm and a leg for a lease. Very few reasons to lease..and with a high performance car I can't image why...lease a honda or a suzuki

If you plan on keeping it and buying it out, dont lease. If you are most likely going want to get something new in a few years then go ahead and lease it. If you buy this month i believe mits is offering 0% apr for 60 months. Correct me if im wrong.

yeah ill probally lease ive owned 3 evos this one would be my 4th so Im sure Ill want something new in 4 years.

Guys I will not get nailed I am a car salesman lol no trickery for me.. I will know the buyout and price im paying, I plan on paying invoice less dealer holdback which is like 500 bucks. So Im sure Ill make out pretty decent.

Plus guys do the marketing figures. the car is what say 38000 with what I want. After 3 years the buyout will be roughly 22-24k.. You can not even buy a 2008 for that price from a dealer loaded with low miles plus you know that its your miles on the car ect..

It makes sense to me bcause I do this for a living lol.
