Hi,

Had just installed the HKS Fuel upgrade kit on my X and the kit consist of HKS 800cc injectors, fuel pump and fuel rail. After installing it, ocassionaly at traffic light stop, the car idle and then stumbles and then die off. Anyone care to share how to rectify this problem. Thank you.

 

I'm guessing it's a tuning issue, to my knowledge you can't just drop an upgraded FP, injectors, and fuel rail without tuning for it

 

Sorry, forget to add is the above-mentioned problem existed after tunning.

 

Its the tune....improper scaling and latency of injectors. IF that's screwed up, I'd hate to see what you tune looked like.

 

Anyone using the HKS 800cc injectors on their Evo X care to share the scaling & latency values of the HKS injectors. Thanks.

 

+1 on the tune. Stuffs easy to mess up. The tune may be a hair bit off. Sounds like it needs some small adjustments.

 

check your trim ,it give you the answer...
