I agree with others! The Aero kit isn't really worth it!

Strictly my own opinions:
-The front lip isn't as nice with the center not being black (ralliart lip looks more awesome)
-the side skirts look okay, but I think with the stock skirts with CF bottom extended pieces look better!
-The rear bumper pieces I think look awesome, but you can get after market CF pieces for cheaper!
-lip on spoiler... I think the rexpeed higher extension looks much more aggressive and functional

In a nutshell, it's nice to have if you're getting a used car with it already, but I personally wouldn't pay money to get it added on

 

What do you guys recommend then?

 

I guess it depends how you buy it. When I went to So. Califonia (Costa Mesa) to buy mine..it was on the car. I wasn't going to ask them to take it off. I've seen the bare bone EVO with no aero and not a fan..go aftermarkter if you want to spend more than 3 grand kit, paint and labor.

I have the aero kit which I was able to negotiate having them put it on for free but personaly I don't like the front lip. The rubber is a PITA and I always had to fix it do to the crappy roads here and me not taking the time on steep driveways (either I get T-boned trying to go slow or I have to scrape my front lip). I also think the front lip isn't as nice without the center being black. The 2010+ stock sideskirts look way better IMO. The only thing I think is a bonus is that the aero kit also comes with air brake guides. Correct me if i'm wrong guys, i don't know if those air brake guides come stock, but my cars has them and I think it's because it came with the aero package.
