Are there any years I should be avoiding?
Also I heard they aren't mod friendly...
I am from the North East and was wondering if there are any recommended dealerships.
Thanks!

Who told u Evos are not mod friendly?

You slap a sticker on an Evo and boom! instant power...

also if u wait for the 2012 Models (should be in by September/October) the MR will probably have better interior materials and a new "ECO" indicator light lol...

They are making a 2012 version? Is that the last year?

Do it. 370Zs are two door, have no backseat, are NA, and have a terrible sounding exhaust.

that how she sounds now.
maybe better now since it's warmer out finally.
I got in contact with some dealerships and will be making my way down to dealerships wed.
I was wondering if the AMS single turboback is good?

the exhaust itself is good. looks a bit ricer-ish/fartcan-ish. i just bought the invidia single catback with an AMS test pipe. getting the AMS downpipe shortly.

the 370 is a great car but not for the weather here in NJ but i think you already know that. If I could get another X I would buy one that already comes with the black housing tails, I think they come on the 2010+.

Good luck on your search!

I live in Jerz too. Any regrets you have about buying an X will disappear as soon as you drive in the first snow storm the east coast brings. That's when the X shines over every other car(equal with the STi) in its category. Last snow storm the X impressed my date so much as it carved through the snow. Drove me right to her bedroom that night. Only thing i hate is the cheezy dealerships, cheap paint, and gas mileage.

did u have the short ram intakes or full intakes. It was a crappy day for me when i got rid of my 370z. Had to take the intakes and nitrous system out. I think its stupid as hell that u need to remove the bumper for the intakes on the Z.

Hey are you the OP of the thread on the370z that's going through that wheel situation? If so, looks like you're more serious about the Evo X than I thought!

Both cars are great, but they're a slightly different experience. If it's your only car, the Evo will be nice because of the extra room
