Either have them deduct another $1k or have them replace the seat and you do it. You can get a new seat pretty easily, many swap them out.

Most of you guys are saying get the free detail ask for detail and just touch up the chip, what detail the car is brand new it shouldnt need a detail and defenitly if im buying a new car i dont want touch up paint on it. What you should ask for is either give me another car if there not going down with the price or reduce the price on this car due to scratches and stuff.
When i got mine it was at the back lot covered in plastic and that day i picked it up i saw the guy driving it inside the lot to start cleaning it and removing the plastics and i stayed there until he was finished and we installed the plates on it together.
Again Goodluck with car

bottom line, when you're buying a car, THEY are you're b*tch. It's not the other way around like most people think. They NEED your $$$ and will bend over backwards to get the sale.

The OP didnt post pictures, but based on the description, my 11 X has the same problem. Looks like someone took the vacuum cleaner to the cloth a little too hard and left wavey lines in it. Most people who have looked at it just thought the cloth was textured. Its kind of annoying.

I think it is fair to ask them to fix the issues it had before you buy it. I would explain to the dealer that as soon as they make those minor repairs that you would like to purchase the car, but you will not purchase the car until the repairs are complete.

You are paying for a brand new vehicle and they should give you the vehicle in brand new condition.
