Critique my upcoming mod list

i've had this car (2008 MR) for a little over 2 years...so far i have the following soft mods...

1. 3m clear shield around my car
2. pioneer avic 920bt
3. AP Stage 1 93

The following is my list of planned mods for october to go stg2 93

1. perrin turbo back: $1400

http://www.perrinperformance.com/pro...Exhaust-System

2. swift spec r: $320

3. H&R 15mm spacers (4): $225

http://www.perrinperformance.com/pro...acers-15mm-Evo

1. Now my questions is...i'm in ontario. how much of a pain will it be to have a TBE and pass emissions every couple of years to renew my plates?

2. i'm still running on stock wheels and tire. the tires are pretty much done and i have maybe 1 last summer with them next year if that. how will the 15mm spacers look on my swift spec r? do i have to worry about rubbing with the stockers? this is because my winter tires are the same specs and i will use stock bbs rims on my winters.

3. i'm planning to move onto some 265x18 tires with advan RZ-ish rims next summer. will i have rubbing or suspension issues with 15mm spacers on swift springs after an alignment?

i'm stoked to get these things done. let me know if there are better prices out there. i'm in toronto, canada so i'd rather go with canadian dealers...though all my perrin and spacers i plan to get straight off perrin's website.

It all looks good to me. you should be fine without the spacers, but I'd wait for someone else to confirm that.

Only thing I'd note. I think that's a double din radio? depending on what system you come from, I'd suggest the Scosche Dash kit, or if you are baller, the JDM Dash kit. Stay away from Metra, haven't heard a single good thing about that dash kit.

i'm running the scocshe right now...jdm is too expensive. you're right...i saw the metra and almost puked. even the scocshe isn't the greatest because it's not flush at the top.

With 15mm spacers you should be fine and not rub. If you switch to a 265 tire, depending on the offset of the wheels, you mighty need a slight fender roll on the rear. Nothing crazy..

3M is probably the most important mod since the paint sucks and would cost more to repair than any other mod. Other than that good choices.
