Hid conversion kit
On a evo x non ss I want to get http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...products_id=92 for this do I have to get his conversion kit from 9006 to d2s?? If so which kit the best
^^ I am also interested in this. I wonder how easy is the install??
To answer your question yes you'll need an HID kit. I am currently using DDM tuning HID kit(55w - 5000k) , it's been good so far

Talk to Matt at TSR. Tell him what you have, what you want, and he'll send you the right stuff.
Check out my sig for my quad retrofit.
if you have a 9006 halogen bulb in there get the kit that is for a 9006. this way the HID bulb fits in the housing. the ds2 are just the bulbs. since you don't have the ballast already it wont do you any good.
