Anyone try this Mod Combination??
Anyone try this Mod Combination??
Hi Guys,
I was just curious if anyone has had any fitment issues or what their .02 were for this combination.
AMS Widemouth Downpipe
AMS/UR Testpipe
ETS V2 CBE
Any input would be greatly appreciated! I know that these two companies are great and stand behind their products but what about when they are mixed n matched??
Thanks!

I think' youll be good, nearly all parts are interchangeable minus some pipe sizes regarding upper and lower IC pipes and possibly 3-4 inch inlet intake hoses / pipes.
I run CNT catted dp + their dual exhaust but if I ever change out my o2 housing ill go AMS + (some brand) TP.

Just put the widemouth and UR test pipe on my buddy's X. He has the UR cat back. Fitment was great. Not a single issue.
If you are going to put a dp on an X, you have to put the widemouth or something similar otherwise it's kinda a waste since the dp is such a little piece of pipe bu itself.

Most every exhaust component is interchangeable. So long as they are designed to work with the stock system, they can work together (it's that whole A=B and B=C, therefor A=C rule).
Thanks for the feedback guys, I was just wondering because i thought i saw a thread around here somewhere about how some test pipes when put with the widemouth made alot of rattling noises because the ams dp was like an inch shorter then other dp's or something like that.. cant find the post but i still got my answer thanks guys!
